When retrieving, it produces powerful vibrations, attracting predators from afar and provoking them to bite. The choice of place for trolling is the main point that influences the final result of fishing. The most correct way would be to fish edges with depths corresponding to the operating range of a given wobbler, both with the boat moving against the current and with the current. Irrigations with heterogeneous terrain (hillocks and depressions) and the presence of rare snags, which are ideal shelter for predators, are also of great interest. Bottom control is mandatory when fishing this way. Only if the wobbler touches the bottom with its blade at some intervals can you be sure that the length of the bait release and the speed of the boat are correct. A huge plus of the bait is the presence of replaceable blades, which give the wobbler different depth levels. You can successfully fish in various places in the reservoir with depths from 1.5 to 8 meters.
The replacement blades included are fully compatible with the older model of the MITO 125F wobbler.
A leash is required when trolling. It is desirable that it be at least 40 cm. This length of the leash will protect the bait when the pike bites in advance, as well as when passing edges and hillocks overgrown with shells.
Recommended set of gear: a spinning rod with a top weight of up to 70-80 grams with a power spinning reel of size 5000-6000 according to the Japanese classification, or a casting rod with a top weight of up to 80-100 grams with a powerful multiplier reel. The tackle must be prepared for heavy loads, since the bait is a wobbler with high drag, and the prey can be catfish, large pike perch or trophy-sized pike. Line #2.0 is a reasonable minimum when fishing with the MITO 90F.
